01. SHOPPING INFORMATION
When will I receive my order?
It depends on the product and your address. For example T-shirts ordered inside EU will be delivered in about two weeks. Some other products, like funny socks, might take up to five or more weeks. It us usually based on the local last-mile post service.
Where your products are produced?
We neverending search for the best producers all over the world based on the quality and reliability. Most of our products are produced in Europe, however we also have suppliers located in USA, China and other countries.
Is the shipping really free?
Yes! We offer free-shipping for all the products! However we are not responsible for any extra custos duty office tax that might be applied.
What about taxes?
We include the VAT and other added-value taxes in the price. However we are not responsible if the local customs office decide to put any duty cost.
02. RETURNS AND OTHER INFORMATION
What is your return policy?
We strongly advise you to choose your size properly. If you are between two sizes, we suggest to choose the bigger one. We are not responsible if you picked a wrong size or you simply decided you don’t want the product. Of course if the product you received is damaged or not as expected, feel free to contact with us and we will change it for you with no cost (but you must send us the faulty one).
Can I ask for a custom product or design?
We don’t usually make custom products but feel to send us your suggestions.
Do you offer discounts?
We make pretty often discounts in specific products or whole series, either as flash sales, or in regular basis (I.e. Black Friday). We offer also extra discounts buying products as bundles.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
We are trying to select manufacturers that use eco-friendly resources, such as organic cotton, sustainable wood, recycled material and biodegradable plastic. Not all of our products follow that line though to be honest. In any case, by picking the best afforable material, we make our products last longest possible.
